Claimed principle

In the account given by [source note 3], the machine is built from coils and permanent magnets arranged so that, once started, it sustains rotation or oscillation without continuous external electrical input. The asserted energy source is the ambient magnetic environment — described variously as the Earth's magnetic field or atmospheric magnetic flux — rather than a fuel, a battery or a mains supply.
