GeoM is a forum handle, not a verified named person. He appears as a participant in the OtherPower.com / wondermagnet.com thread "Measuring Output of Bedini Motors," initiated by finsawyer on 23 March 2004 and reproduced in the source archive Bedini dossier. Within the reproduced excerpts he is the thread's most insistent voice on measurement methodology.

Measurement position

GeoM's argument is that component-level measurements do not settle the question of whether the School Girl" Replication Project (SSG) or the wider Bedini design produces more energy than it consumes. His stated method is to measure the real power drawable from the receiving battery against the charge state of the primary battery, then continue charging and repeat the cycle over and over. He describes this as "just like what was done by the TUV testing labs on Bedini's prototype," calling that "the only set of measurements that really count, in the end."

This is the dossier's clearest statement of the measurement problem: because the claimed effect is asserted to be invisible to ordinary power meters, the only valid test is a full energy balance — which no participant in the dossier performs.

He also warns against intermediate measurement, writing that "measuring the other items you've mentioned will mostly serve to confuse due to certain anomolous behavior in the source/motor/receiver process," while conceding "feel free to slap on the meters."

On the capacitor, he states a boundary condition directly:

The power going into the receiving battery has to go through the output capacitor. Determine that power and you've put a limit on the power into the receiving battery. There is no other route for energy to get into the receiving battery.

He recommends running mechanical loading tests in parallel with the power in/out tests, saying "even more interesting stuff crops up."

Evidence status

The TÜV measurements GeoM treats as authoritative are not reproduced in the available material. His citation is therefore a reference to evidence not present in this dossier, not evidence itself.

The excerpts do not show him asserting that a self-running motor has been demonstrated; the framing that he raises the question of where the energy would come from is a paraphrase of his position rather than a direct quotation.

There is an internal tension in his position: he insists the capacitor is the only energy route into the receiving battery, yet also discourages component-level measurement as confusing. Both statements appear in the same reproduced passage.
