William Alek

William Alek, of INTALEK, INC., is the author of a critique of the Bedini PCT application WO 01/52390 A1 — Bedini PCT Application reproduced in the source archive Bedini dossier.

His reading of the patent: it suggests the possibility of over-unity but claims no actual over-unity. The patent's own COP = 0.98 figure applies to the electrical and electronic components only and excludes battery charging inefficiency. Alek estimates the overall system COP at roughly 0.85, which he describes as "a long way from being a 'self-runner.'"

Alek's estimate is one of the few quantitative statements in the dossier that points below unity rather than above it.
