HDR Claims vs. Evidence: The Gibbs Account, the Marcum Case and the Chronovisor

This page compares the evidence status of the Hyper-Dimensional Resonator (HDR) (HDR) account with two other claimed-device cases already in the wiki: the Marcum Time Machine (see Time-Displacement Claims) and the Chronovisor (see Chronovisor Claim (Time-Viewing / Retrocognition Devices)). The comparison is drawn only from the sources cited in each page's frontmatter; it does not transfer any claim from one case to another.

What each case asserts

Evidence status compared

All three cases share the same evidentiary shape:

• A device description — components and build are described in each account.
• An asserted function — each claims an effect outside ordinary physics.
• No independent measurement — none of the three sources reports a controlled test of the claimed function.
• No peer review — none of the three appears in a peer-reviewed venue in the material available.
• No third-party replication — none of the three reports a reproduction by an independent party.

The HDR account is the most thinly documented of the three in the material available here: it provides a device description and images but no dated narrative of events, no named witnesses, and no account of anyone operating the device. The Marcum and Chronovisor cases at least carry narrative accounts of claimed incidents; the HDR page is closer to a bare device description.

What the comparison does and does not show

It shows a recurring pattern: self-published or archive-hosted accounts of devices that claim effects outside ordinary physics, each lacking independent verification. It does not show that the cases corroborate one another. Shared vocabulary — "resonance", "time", "dimensions" — is not evidence, and similarity of claim is not similarity of proof. Each case stands or falls on its own evidence, and on the material available, each stands on assertion alone.
