Joint Publications Research Service (JPRS)

The Joint Publications Research Service (JPRS) was the U.S. government body that translated and distributed foreign-language technical material during the Cold War. It issued the English translation of N. A. Kozyrev's September 1967 paper "Possibility of Experimental Study of the Properties of Time" as report #45238, Arlington, Virginia, dated 2 May 1968.

The JPRS report is the bibliographic identity of the document mirrored by the source archive. The translation's fidelity to the original Russian text, and the original publication venue, are not established by the source. See Nikolai A. Kozyrev and Properties of Time (Kozyrev).
