Primary Energy (PE) Beam Claim

The "Primary Energy" (PE) beam — also called a "scalar beam" — is a claim made by the replicator DMBoss1021 in the source archive Bedini dossier. It is not a claim made by John C. Bedini himself, and it is not supported by any independent measurement in the dossier.

The claim

DMBoss1021 reports replicating a Bedini device and observing a "beam" at the interface of two bucking magnets. Placing an inert-gas tube at that location, he claims, produced a "VERY powerful PE beam." Beam strength varied with pulse frequency, showing several resonant nodes; increasing coil current five-fold by mechanical loading proportionally increased beam intensity. He also reports PE emanation at the motor housing and shaft.

He cites US5929732 — Magnetic Beam Amplifier (the Magnetic Beam Amplifier Field Geometry) and a "Hyper Light Speed Antenna" patent as similar bucking-field/modulation configurations.

Bio-effect claim

DMBoss1021 reports numbness in the hand and arm lasting over an hour after exposure to the beam. This is anecdotal and unverified in the dossier.

Evidence status

The PE beam claim rests entirely on one replicator's self-report. No external verification, instrumented measurement or replication appears in the dossier. The relationship between the Bedini device and US5929732 is asserted by analogy, not demonstrated.
