Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Co. appears in the dossier only as the alleged offeror of $100,000 for Palmer H. Craig's Hall-effect device, as reported in the Radio World article of January 29, 1927.
The claim was denied in the same article by Alfred N. Goldsmith of the Radio Corporation of America (RCA), who stated that no such offer had been made. The source contains no independent confirmation of the offer.
