Robert Bangs is the byline of the Radio World article of January 29, 1927 (p. 11) that presented Palmer H. Craig's Hall-effect device to the radio trade. The article is the source of the $100,000 Westinghouse offer claim and of the "generates the energy necessary to operate the radio" framing, as well as of Alfred N. Goldsmith's denial.
