The International Astronomical Union (IAU) is the international astronomy organization whose autumn 1966 session in Brussels is cited in N. A. Kozyrev's September 1967 paper. Kozyrev states that he presented a report there on physical features of double-star components, arguing that satellites come to resemble their primaries in brightness, spectral type and radius, and that this resemblance cannot be explained by force fields at such distances — instead, in his reading, it is an example of action through time.
