George Hathaway is reported in the dossier's reception layer to have attempted a reproduction of the Magnetstromapparat in 1981, presented at the Canadian "First International Symposium on Non-Conventional Energy Technology." The reported output was about 50 mV.
Assessment in the source
The dossier gives only the figure and the venue. No measurement details, instrument list or uncertainty analysis are reproduced, and the result is comparable in magnitude to the BIOS team's own 1946 readings (450 mV and 60 mV) and to the forum measurements recorded elsewhere in the dossier. It does not constitute a demonstrated energy surplus.
