The preferred embodiment uses an elongated left cycloid for the final curve.

The process and the apparatus

The device is described as a treatment unit (2) sitting between an inlet tank and an outlet tank.   • This activation persists and is stabilized even when the fluid no longer circulates, provided the conduits are made of particular alloys. The patent therefore recommends conduit material consisting of an alloy between a base metal chosen from copper, chromium, iron, cobalt and nickel, with heavier metals added in very small weight fractions. Copper is preferred as the base metal, and the heavier alloying metals should be taken from those with atomic number Z between 38 and 45, or from the rare earths.
  • Activation is reinforced when the compressed-air supply lines are also shaped as C_N curves.

The form-plus-field embodiment

A separate embodiment associates a main polygonal geometric form — the kind of form described earlier in the specification — with other geometric forms, preferably single geometric forms, and preferably associates an electric and/or electromagnetic and/or magnetic field with them. The forms are laid out inside a geometric volume, which can for example be moulded from an insulating material around the forms.

The patent states plainly that without the application of one of these fields, the effects obtained are "relatively not very exploitable", but that applying at least one such field increases the intensity of the effects, especially when the applied field is higher.
