"Instantaneous transmission without momentum" is the claim, in N. A. Kozyrev's September 1967 paper, that effects propagated through time transmit no momentum, do not propagate in the ordinary sense, and appear simultaneously at separated points. It is stated as Kozyrev's second general inference.
